Dr. Kiran Pai (Ed.D.) is the Co-founder and Pro-Chancellor of Vidyashilp University and Director of Vidyashilp Academy, Vidyashilp School, and Vidyasagar Preschool in Bangalore. An Educational Psychologist specializing in Instructional Design, she holds a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership and a Master’s in Learning Design and Technology from the University of Southern California. She received the 2021 Doctoral Distinction Award and trained at Harvard University and IIM Ahmedabad. Over fourteen years, her leadership has earned Vidyashilp Academy and Vidyasagar Preschool multiple accolades, including the IBCI School Brilliance and World Education Awards, with consistent ranking among India’s top co-ed day schools. Her pedagogy has also built partnerships with UNESCO, IISc, IIM Ahmedabad, the University of Missouri, NIAS, and the Atal Innovation Mission.

Mr. Sujit Kumar is a distinguished educationist with over 30 years of experience. He holds an MSc in Physics, a B.Ed., & an MBA in Finance, combining strong academic expertise with strategic leadership. He has mentored over 25,000 students across High School and Pre-University levels. Known for his empathetic & inclusive approach, he has been instrumental in supporting students with diverse learning needs, enabling them to achieve academic excellence. He has successfully guided and mentored thousands of students into reputed Engineering and Medical colleges making him a key figure in bridging the gap between student potential & professional success.

Dr. Prashantha (Principal) - Dr. Prashantha is a physics professor with over 25 years of teaching experience. He has more than 20 years of research experience and has guided 8 Ph.D. students. He has also completed research projects funded by VGST, AICTE, and ISRO. His key research areas include nanoscience and technology, materials science and luminescence.

A qualified M.Com, B.Ed & KSET (Assitant. Prof), Ms. Nazia has over a decade of teaching experience and has mentored Karnataka state first and second rank holders. She has guided 250+ students to score centums in Accountancy and Business Studies. Ms. Nazia provides an overview of Commerce programmes, detailing subject combinations and exploring associated career pathways.
